Join us as we visit Whitney Farm to check out their maple syrup tapping! We’ll spend a couple hours with them learning about the process from beginning to end. As they recently shared, “We tapped our Maple trees on February 11th. By the following morning the bags were full and ready to be collected. We have been collecting and boiling sap, and taking off finished maple syrup nearly every day since.”
